- After the claim is approved, you can take cashless treatments and your medical bills would be settled by the insurance company directly
- In case of treatments taken at a non-networked hospital, you would have to bear the costs yourself
- Once you are discharged,you should fill up a claim form and claim reimbursement of the expenses
- Based on the claim form submitted, the insurance company would reimburse you for the medical costs that you have incurred
