- Claim Intimation :Inform about the claim before hospitalization by filling the form here or calling customer care at 1800-208-9100
- Avail Cashless : Avail cashless by informing hospital insurance desk about your health insurance policy in advance before admission. Keep your policy copy and photo ID proof ready
- Pre authorization request : Hospital should share the pre authorization form with us within 24 hrs of admission. The form must be duly filled by the policyholder and the physician. View the form here
- Pre authorization/ Initial approval :We will scrutinize the documents and give pre-authorization/ initial approval if the claim is admissible within 2 hrs. We might contact the hospital if any additional details are required
- Final claim request during discharge: Hospital will share discharge documents and bills with us for final approval
- Final claim approval : We will scrutinize the documents and give final approval along with the approved amount within 2 hrs. Any inadmissible expenses, copayments, deductions will have to be paid by the policy holder
- Claim Intimation : Inform Chola MS about the claim before admission by filling the form here or calling customer care at 1800-208-9100
- Claim registration : Scan and upload all claim documents (bill, reports etc.) within 30 days of discharge here.Please ensure the documents are self-attested by customer
- Claim approval : Chola MS will scrutinize the documents and give approval within 7 working days. Chola MS might contact the customer if any additional details or documents are required
- Claim Settlement : Chola MS will make the payment through NEFT on claim approval and receipt of all documents
