- Hospital verifies customer details and sends the pre-authorisation form to the insurance company
- The company verifies pre-authorisation request details with policy terms and benefits and then communicates the decision to the provider
- If the cashless request gets approved, compensation will be directly given to the hospital at the time of discharge after all the relevant documents are submitted by the hospital
Reimbursement health insurance claim process:
- In case you decide to avail the treatment at non-network hospitals of the insurance company, then the cashless facility cannot be availed. However, you can get the incurred out of pocket expenses reimbursed. Following is the process to be followed for reimbursement of such claims
